The portion sizes are actually generous, which is nice because some pet food seems like it disappears way too fast for what you pay. My dog finishes every single bit, so clearly he’s not complaining

I found what I needed really quickly, and checkout was super simple. The pages loaded smoothly too, so the whole experience was easy and hassle-free.

The ingredient info is mostly okay, but I felt like there were a few details missing. I was checking it while making a grocery list before heading out, so maybe I was being extra picky, but I would’ve liked a little more clarity on what’s actually included...

My order showed up packed well, and luckily nothing inside was damaged. The outer box did have a small dent on one corner, which made me a little nervous at first since treats can get crushed easily, but everything inside was fine. I do think a bit more padding would be a safer choice, especially during shipping, but overall I’m happy with how it arrived

I gave these to my dog thinking, okay, let’s see how long they actually last... i was surprised. He loved them right away and they kept him busy for ages. Definitely a win in my book...

I picked up a few of these natural chews for my dog because his stomach can be a bit fussy. So far, he seems to handle them better than a lot of the supermarket treats we’ve tried. Which is a relief. I’ve maybe noticed his coat looking a little nicer too, though it’s hard to say for sure. Delivery was fine. No issues there. Some of the pieces were smaller than I expected, though. Overall, they’re okay. Not blown away yet, but decent enough

I ordered a few packs from jrpetproducts and, to be fair, the delivery side of things was completely fine. Everything arrived when I expected it to, and most of the treats looked okay when I opened them. The only thing was that one of the bags just didn’t seem as fresh as I thought it would be. It felt a bit drier than the others and didn’t really have much of a smell, which I usually take as a sign that the treats are fresher or more appealing for my dog. My dog did still eat them, so it definitely wasn’t a complete waste or anything, but I’ve bought similar treats before that seemed fresher and better quality. I might order again at some point, especially if the dates look good, but based on this order I’d say it’s more of a 3-star experience for me

My dog has a few food allergies, so I’m always, you know, a bit nervous about trying new treats. I ordered from JR Pet Products and the ingredients were really clear and simple, which helped a lot. He’s had no itching or upset tummy after eating them, so I’m really happy with it. I’ll definitely be ordering again...

Got these hoping they’d help with my dog’s teeth and his not so great breath. He definitely enjoyed chewing them, so no issue there, but after a few weeks I didn’t notice much difference. Breath is still bad and there’s still plaque. Delivery was fine and all, just didn’t really feel worth it for what I needed...

I’m glad I went with this because there’s barely any smell, and it doesn’t leave a big mess behind. I didn’t want something that would make cleanup a hassle, so this was worth it for me.

These treats seem "safe" overall, and my dog has been totally fine with them. I really like that the ingredients are clear and easy to understand. The only thing I’d change is having a little more info on sourcing on every bag.

Everything I ordered from jrpetproducts turned up exactly as it should, with no missing items or random wrong flavours slipped in. It was packed well and easy to check against my order, which shouldn’t feel like such a relief, but with some places you never know. Nice to have it all arrive correctly for once. Had a small issue with my order i was already bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth nonsense. I emailed JR Pet Products not expecting much, but they actually got back to me the same day and sorted it without making it a whole drama. The person I spoke to was friendly and, shockingly, had clearly read my message properly instead of sending some copy-paste reply. It’s annoying that decent customer service feels rare these days, but fair play to them — they handled it really well. I’d happily order again.

I ordered a few bits for my dog from jrpetproducts.com and to be honest I was happy with it. The treats looked good quality, nothing odd or cheap looking, and the bags seemed fresh when they turned up.

My dog is a bit picky with new stuff but he went straight for these, which was a good sign. The chews lasted a decent while too, not just gone in like two seconds like some others we’ve tried.

I’ve only ordered the once so far, so can’t say loads yet, but yeah it was a good first try. If the quality stays the same I’d defo order again...

I’ve bought a few different chews from JR Pet Products now, and my dog, Milo, has been happy with every single one so far. I’m quite picky about what I give him, so I really like that the ingredients are simple and natural, without loads of random things I can’t even pronounce. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of the treats do have quite a strong smell, but to be fair, that’s probably just part of having proper natural dog chews!
